Flipkart — Worst customer experience ever had

Hi, I've requested to change my number on flipkart account as i don't have access to my old number on july 6th but till now the issue is not resolved. Everytime they're saying wait for 2/3days i did wait till now, but it's not resolved i've shared my voter id scanned copy 3 times but still no use. I've waited for morethan 20days and again they told me to wait for 4 days, are you guys doing work? Or taking rest at home? How many days required to fix/help for one single customer?
