The worst customer experience that I had with Flipkart
Order ID – OD[protected]
I have placed the order on 18 Jul 2021 and I have received my order on 20 Jul 2021.
Due to size issue, I have initiated an exchange request on 20 Jul 2021 which is approved by Flipkart and after couple of days exchange was canceled and I get the massage pickup agent will pick up your product and refund will initiate soon, after couple of day I received IVR from Flipkart that was like as confirm by pickup agent you don’t want to return your product we have canceled your return request, even the pickup agent did not reach out to me.
I have again initiated a return request with Flipkart app. Again the same thing has happened, I reached out to the Flipkart customer care executive and informed about the issue and she told me I have initiated your return request pickup agent will reach out to you soon, after a couple of days the same thing again happened and this scenario was repeated around 4 times today I received a message from Flipkart and there were information about the pickup and contact no. of pickup agent I did call and told him about 4-time pickup cancelation and I was asked him at what time you will be able to pick up the product he started shouting on me in avulsing language, again I was asked him is there any issue why you are shouting on me he was cut the call and I was trie his number 2-3 times but he was not pick up the call.
I just want to know from Flipkart is the right way to dealing with customers?
My concern is when pickup will happen and when I will get back my money?
And I also want to know what action has been taken by Flipkart against the pickup agent? Was this information helpful? |
