[Resolved] Flipkart — worst customer service - refund pending | |||||
This is the worst experience I have ever had with an Online Shopping company Flipkart. On 19th May, I had returned the Ladies sandals and I was told that within 2 business days I will get the refund of 529 rs. Today is 29th May and after talking to 7-8 agents in your so called Customer Helpdesk I have been told to wait for some more days to resolve the issue. Moreover, when I asked the agent to transfer me to Supervisor, I was kept on hold for almost 30 min. with the standard response that the supervisors are busy on other calls. I really want to thank Flipkart for giving me such a Pathetic customer service which I will not forget. Was this information helpful? | |||||
