Flipkart is having worst ever service provided for Kenstar 20 L Convection Microwave Oven (M/O KJ20CBG101, Black):
Once you call them for installation, they will promise you for installation within 2 days, but that is just the beginning of worst service era. They keep giving you next date for installation and this process can continue for more than 20 days. Meanwhile, if you ask reason for delay, they will keep blaming Kenstar guys.
And, all there customer service department are having no etiquette, they will treat you as if you have done a crime buying a product. Also they will keep you on hold for around 10-15 odd mins to check the status, and then will reply system not working/network issues/24 hrs resolution will be provided. But, that is just the talk they are expert in.
I seriously request all of you to go with some other online retailer but not flipkart. Now they have become bigger company but they hire cheap language idiots, so you cannot expect much in terms of service.
P.S.- It's been 24 days and I am still waiting for installation guy and I stay in Delhi (you can't expect such delay at least here). Was this information helpful? |
