[Resolved] Flipkart — worst product

I have ordered Nova NHS800 in flipkart on 13th December. Order id- OD[protected] . The product what I received was not working. It has no manual also. I called customer care yesterday But I dnt get any proper response. I'm not satisfied with your product. Kindly try to repay my money or send me a new product as soon as possible.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that product is not functioning properly and he is looking for replacement. Informed customer replacement is created and it will delivered within promise date. Hence closing the case.

Handset become so hot "& burn ear while talking
It gets hangged number of Time in a day .
