[Resolved] Flipkart — Worst product Delivery- Never Refund the Amount | |||
Hi, I purchased the Product form Flipkart order ID: OD[protected] on March 23, the product quality was worst. So I applied for refund on March 25, they never collect product from me and mentioned as product pickup has completed and refund has completed. But still now I didn't get my money back. Verified Support Apr 14, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and escalated the issue to the concerned team to check and arrange for pick up and also provided UTR confirming that refund is done.
