[Resolved]  Flipkart — Worst product Delivery- Never Refund the Amount

Hi, I purchased the Product form Flipkart order ID: OD[protected] on March 23, the product quality was worst. So I applied for refund on March 25, they never collect product from me and mentioned as product pickup has completed and refund has completed. But still now I didn't get my money back. Please raise a complaint againts this.

Spoke to customer and escalated the issue to the concerned team to check and arrange for pick up and also provided UTR confirming that refund is done.
