[Resolved] Flipkart — Worst product quality. unable to return | |||
This is Camelia.I have been purchasing from Flipkart. .This is the 2nd time I am facing this issue..I have placed an order for Dell bagpack..the condition of the bag is pathetic. .original price is 2000 rs. I wonder who will buy this pproduct for 200 rs..Dell logo is duplicate..its too small compared to what was displayed on portal..i am trying to return this order and get the money credited to my flipkart account. I will purchase some other product with those points from Flipkart. But it seems Flipkart wants to get rid of this product as well.. tried booking a return order..instead it is redirecting to replacement.. Flipkart has grown so big that it does not value customers requirement It seems. Order ID-OD[protected] Item is not used for 5 min..i want to return as it is delivered. Verified Support Jan 20, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, she claims that product is fake and and its not worth Rs 200/- and she received the product which kis not showed on website and she is looking for refund to wallet account. Informed customer refund to wallet account is not possible and will do refund to bank account and collect bank details and created wait and refund. Hence closing the case.
