Flipkart — Worst service after wrong item delivery

I ordered Oil filter room heater on 25/Jan and got a Skybags suitcase on 29/Jan. I reported the issue same day and customer care said it will be replaced. When the new delivery date was given of 7/Feb, I cancelled my order and asked for refund on 31/Jan. The customer care person cancelled it and said money will be refunded in 2 days and delivered wrong item will be picked up. I have the flipkart app chat screenshot as its proof. When it not picked for a week then I contacted again and since then I am contacting or trying to contact for refund of my money.

Please process the refund of my money and compensate the mental harassment that I am going through. I cannot write here more. I hope you will understand my pain and resolve my concern.
