Flipkart: seller: vision star Order id: od[protected]. Return id:[protected] Moto e4 plus (Oxford blue, 32 gb) Order confirmation: oct 7th Delivery date: oct 10th Return requested: oct 18th I got the mobile moto e4 plus (Oxford blue, 32 gb) on 10 oct, 2017. I opened that 2nd day of delivery and that is on 12th. I used that for a day only after that i got Black screen. I thought that might be the update, so updated. But still the problem is remaining there. I requested them to return it on 18th, they people provided the technician visit. After the technician visit, they got to know that, the problem is in their end and Now they are ignoring that and they are sending emails to get back to you ater 24 hours. I will never recomand any one for flipkart ever. I took that to service center they told that we will not replace if you have purchased from flipkart. They repaired that, the vibrator, 2 censer and screen got changed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
