I HAVE BOOKED ONE SUNGLASS VIDE ORDER NO:- OD[protected] ON 14TH DEC AND TILL DATE NOT DELIVERED. THERE IS A VERY BAD RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND THEY TOLD THAT ITS IN DELHI. IF ITS NOT DELIVERED TODAY THEN NO USE OF IT AS I HAVE TO GIVE SOMEBODY AS GIFT. I WILL NEVER OPT THIS WORST FLIPKART. CALL ME IMMEDIATELY AND DELIVER IT TODAY. RGDS SANGRAM ([protected])

Informed customer that product delivery date is revised and it will be delivered within 27/12/2014 and customer said if the product is not delivered today will take action on us. Informed customer will escalate this issue to concern team.
