On opening the pack, it was found that the watch is not working and the courier delivery boy also checked it and found faulty/defective of the item, so the same was packed again and returned to the courier deliver boy for onward perusal. And subsequently also complain is raised vide above return id no 28248381

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, Tried to convince him stating we cannot do anything in this regard, checked with customer why was this delay in approaching us, he stated it is your duty. But no pickup details, nothing was shown in the system. Informed we are sorry, cannot process anything in this regard, customer disconnected the call. Hence closing the case.
