I have ordered wrgn xxl wrogn - sorrero bean bag with bean filling green (Order id - od[protected] on 16th oct' 2019. I have made payment via credit card. After passing one month i have not received ordered product. I have complaint regarding issue on customer care no. But they are useless and every time they are deceiving customer. I m talking to flipkart representatives since last 15 days for my refund but they are not refunding my money. Flipkart has cheated me by accepting my money and not providing my product. I would like to warn flipkart that if it will not refund my money, i will file cheating and mental harassment case against the company as i am constantly talking to flipkart for refund against the order not delivered by flipkart.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is apperciated.
