[Resolved]  Flipkart — wrong and bag delivered

I ordered AND satchel (black) on 13 March order id: OD[protected]
and it was to be delivered on 15 March.

But, a wrong AND handbag was delivered on the said date. This handbag is not what i ordered.

It was supposed to be a gift to my friend on her birthday but now all in vain.

I am attaching the pic of the handbag that was delivered.

Please deliver the actual ordered item asap.

Customer has raised the issue with regards to the different model product received as we have interacted with the customer and escalated this issue to the seller and seller has provided the refund and same has been confirmed by the customer hence closing the complaint from our end.
