[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong commitment - moto z2 force | |||
Hi, i brought a moto z2 force from flipkart on 11th oct. I got my product my mobile on 13th oct but as several times i contacted with cust. Care regarding my product & i ask for the turbo power mod bundle offer which i have to received as gift with my mobile on 13th oct in between 12 am - 3 am & that executive told me that you will get a reward coupon within 24hrs after the product delivered date to redeem a turbopower mod in 1/- rupees. As per the commitment from that executive, then i accept my product. After that, i tried multiple times with flipkart cust. Care regarding my coupon but now they declined to give turbo power mod & say offer last till 31st march. Now my concern is very simple, kindly check the call recording which done between the mentioned shared time. If the executive commits that i will get turbopower mod than give id or refund my money..
