[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong commitments/blaming the customer | |||||
I have ordered a Bagpack and Flipkart has promised to give the delivery by 3rd of May, 2018. But I didn't receive anything.However I made multiple calls to the team asking when it will get delivered ans they said to wait till 7:00pm and it will get delivered. JUST SETTING WRONG COMMITMENTS. Also, They haven't mentioned the number of the Delivery boy by whom it will get delivered. Now today, the app is showing that the delivery attempt was failed due to my mistake that is I haven't responded their phone numbers whereas I haven't received any calls regarding the same.BLAMING THE CUSTOMERS. Whereas In email they mentioned the delivery is delayed. This is not the first time this has happened previously and he scenario was same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
