[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong delivery of aquafresh blue and white | |||
I had booked an Aquafresh blue and white on FLIPKART Order No. OD[protected], and got delivered the same on 14.08.2018. There was an adopter porblem in the machine so I applied for the return and replacement on 16.08.2018. The item was repleced on 15.09.2018 but in replacement they sent an empty box of Aquashift without anything inside the box e.g. RO, Adopter, Filter etc. I complained to FLIPKART several times regarding this. They used to note my complaint and next day cancelled my complaint without taking any action. so please do the favour for me in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Sep 30, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer on [protected], informed customer as per FRM update return will be taken for refund don't expect. Provided the TAT for refund, hence customer agreed closing the case.
