[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong & faulty materials supplied by flipkart | |||||
I have purchased a mobile vide model no. Motog5s on 20.09.2018, on receipt i found that the imei no. Of the mobile is billed & supply is different also the adaptor of charger is defective. On receipt the materials on 24.09.2018 i have raised complaint, flipkart have sent a inspector on 29.09.2018 for inspection, the inspector have submitted the report (Enclosed) & flipkart assured replacement within 09.10.2018. But the same is not honoured, in the mean time my instalments have deducted from my account & no one is contact me form flipkart. On 10.09.2018 i have again contact their customer care they have assured the matter will be solved with in 12.10.2018. I have told them if it will not solved on 12.10.2018 please cancel my order & refund my money. Today i have received call from flipkart & they are telling wait till 23.10.2018 which was not expectable as already 21 days have passed & i am facing lots of problem with out phone. Now after harassing for 21 days after paying i am not willing to wait another 12 days to get the materials, i am facing lots of problem without mobile only because of purchasing the same from flipkart which also attract monitory loss for me. I am enclosing the inspection report of flipkart for your ready reference. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
