Flipkart — Wrong Invoice provided for my purchase

I ordered Nothing Ear 1 headphones from Flipkart on7th Sep which was delivered to me on 19th Sep 2021. Headphones stopped working after 15 days o[censored]se and I went to service center for the repair/replacement. Person available at service center asked for the invoice for the product, I provided it digitally after downloading from the Flipkart portal.

Service center guy told me that he can not accept this invoice as this invoice does not contain customer's name(my name) Address, Order Date, Invoice Date etc. I noticed that these information were not there in the invoice.

I raised an complaint to Flipkart on 16th Oct for the same and till then I am not getting any solution for the same. Every time new person is available and I have to explain full story from the beginning. Don't know if they are using any CRM system or not.

Every time either they are saying that we will escalate the issue or they are sending the same buggy invoice again via email. Because of the poor customer support team I am not able to use warranty of the product for which I paid. I hope this forum will help me to resolve the issue.
