[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong item delivered & no update | |||||
Od[protected] [incident: in[protected]order details. I had placed my order for "cfa level -1 books" worth rs 2564 but ihave received a book (Novel type) worth rs 650. After receiving the wrong book i had initiated the replacement of the item immediately (14th july). After this i have not got any update regarding the replacement / refund of my item from the customer flipkart team till now. Whenever i asked them they have only one thing to say :we will give you the update" but nothing about the replacement/ refund Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Aug 07, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding wrong product delivery, we have interacted with customer and informed that seller has approved for the product refund hence told refund turn around time and closing the case from our team
