Flipkart — Wrong item delivered, return and refund rejected

My name is priyanka and i have been using flipkart account my mobile number [protected]. I recently ordered a purepet adult dog food 9 kg from flipkart but received a wrong item instead a 1 kg dog biscuits packet. I informed flipkart about my problem and they assured me that i will be helped. So one of the executive created a return request on my behalf and told me to wait for 72 hours for return pick up. I was okay with it and patiently waited for the given timeline. But on the very same day of pick up they cancelled my return request on their own without informing me. I again contacted their team, they told me that due to some technical issues we are not able to accomodate your return request and had cancelled it. I contacted them several times but every time a new incident is created by the customer care and is closed by them on their own without any update given to me. From last fifteen days i am calling them again and again for a resolution but customer care team just don't care, they don't even listen and say we already have a complaint registered wait for next 24 hours. By doing so again and again they have wasted my fifteen days. I never expected this type of service by flipkart. It is really very sad that you are asking for help again and again on your own but no one from flipkart pays attention as if they don't even bother. I am attaching the images of the product i received along with the image of original product with order id. Please do the needful in my case and help me with the return and refund of wrong product i received. Regards.
