Flipkart — Wrong item received under US. Polo printed Sweatshirt {Black & Yellow) & Account got blocked (registered mobile number: [protected]

In an order replacement for a small size, I received a wrong item, then I obviously had to request another replacement. Pick up of the new replacement was completed by 15th of Dec but the replacement order was yet to be delivered. It reached the nearest delivery hub by 20th of Dec 6 am but they were not able to deliver the order till 27th Dec stating some error. Now my account is Blocked. And I can't even check the account details now, neither the customer support team can. Also, neither the replacement order has been delivered nor the refund has been initiated.
