Have ordered ivoomi, with order id od[protected] received and used the product. It is overheating and charging was down in 8 hours only. Out of 8 hours only 1 hour used the phone.

I have called to customer care and requested to exchange the product with moto c plus by paying additional amount. He was giving some wrong examples and compared flipkart company with retail store outside. I have requested multiples times but not agreed.

Could you please arrange as per my request as received product is very bad and replacement product is also may will be the same.

Requesting you again to get service as a regular flipkart customer. Hope you understand request as an exception.

We interacted with the customer and informed that we will raise a new return request so that technician visit can be arranged but he was not ready for that and wanted to exchange the product with another brand, apologized and informed that as per policy it is not possible. He did not want to talk further and asked to close the case hence, closing the complaint.
