[Resolved] Flipkart — Wrong Model Received | |||
OD[protected] On 6 Feb 2021 i purchased Sony WH XB 900N headphones I received the product next day, but the product I received was a wrong model Sony WH CH710N headphones i called flipkart they made me wait and fill details such as consent FIR against seller, share my identification details and screenshots of wrong product received, after all hassle they accepted my replacement and in few days i got a return which was again wrong model WH CH710N headphone, when i checked with flipkart they told me to wait till 1 March, now on 28 Feb 2021 they Blocked my account saying i have attempted to many return requests in my account, if product send to me is a wrong one how can a costumer accept the product, attach screenshot of product I received with barcode and bill, please help me resolve this problem OD[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I also had a similar problem and received an completely empty package.
This is seller has a history of rejecting refunds and blocking accounts and Flipkart is not doing anything.
