[Resolved] Flipkart — Wrong number of products in the package via online shopping | |
I have ordered two soroo sony headphones on flipkart each of cost Rs. 150 with delivery charges of Rs. 50 on each
But i recieved only headphone within the package with the amount payable on the package of Rs. 400.
I have paid Rs. 400 to the courier man and got the package with one headphone.

Verified Support Dec 28, 2014 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer he claims that he order for 2 quantity of sony earphone but he received only 1 quantity and that is also defective so created the replacement and informed same to customer. Hence closing the case.
