[Resolved]  Flipkart — Wrong order

Hi, I purchased Flip cover for the mobile Samsung Galaxy E7 but i got my order for Samsung Grand 3 which is very small. Order item[protected] Registered Email id - mohit.2009.[protected]@gmail.com I called to your customer care but they are not listening me. Please arrange a call to get the order replaced. Hello flipkart,

to start with really really bad service given by you.

I had ordered for K Smart scratch guard one for iPhone 5s and one for iPhone 6 and one back cover for iphone 5s.
all three orders were screwed up. i got scratch guards of neo plus company rather than K Smart which i ordered.
the scratch guard were only front where as i ordered front and back. Never got the third order which was a back cover for iphone 5s where they sent me one more scratch guard. So end of the day i am left with three scratch guards of some other company and that to only front no Back!

I launched a complaint so i was promised that the order will be replaced within seven days. So i got the parcel again this time the same mistake AGAIN. i was sent some another company scratch guard not the one i ordered. Also, worst thing one of them was broken. STILL NOT RECIEVED THE BACK COVER WHICH WAS THE THIRD ORDER.

TODAY MORNING I COMPLAINED AGAIN SO I WAS TOLD TO BE GET REFUND FOR THE TWO ORDERS. ASKED ABOUT THE THIRD BACK COVER THEY SAID IT WILL GET DELIVERED TODAY 24 JUNE 2015.

WHICH I DID BUT CAN YOU GUESS WHAT WAS IN IT SCRATCH GUARD AGAIN!!!
SO I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TO COMPLAIN AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME THEY TELL ME TO CALL BACK AGAIN AS THE SERVER IS DOWN.
