Flipkart — Wrong order delivered and can't return

I ordered 4 Yonex Nanoray 70 badminton rackets when I was onsite. Each costed Rs 1715.00. They were delivered to my parents who do not know the product name that was ordered. When I checked after back from onsite, I realised that incorrect product was delivered. Only one racket was Yonex Nanoray and the rest were Yonex ZR 100 light which costed only Rs 500.00 each. I was scammed. Flipkart customer service is pathetic who keep on repeating the return policy. They care less about their customers. It seems like they have joined hands with scammers. Sad thing is they do not have the details of their sellers and acting as a shield. Order no: OD[protected]
