[Resolved] Flipkart — Wrong Order dispatched

I have ordered one LG television on flipkart on 1 st October 2016.The order no is OD[protected].
Flipkart send wrong item ie 32 inch tv (model LG VL74292) in place of 43 inch (LG model no 43LF540A). Now inspite of item available they are not replacing the item. The reason behind it is that price for the same product is increased now.
Kindly help me in this regard.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and customer stated his issue is resolved now and he do not want any return as technician came and resolved his issue also his installation is completed hence CX Communications email sent and issue stands resolved
