[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong phone delivery and delay in return process | |||||
I had ordered pocophone f1 from flipkarts big billion days sale. Flipkart delivered me honor 7a on sunday. First time i raised the replacement request it was cancelled from the sellers end. Numerous calls to the customer helpline, they ask me same question again and again and apologizes. That's it. I raised the return request 2 days ago. Now it has been more than 5 days, there has been no update. I spent rs. 21600 and got a mobile phone worth rs. 8999. Now they are not returning my mobile and taking longer time to process my return. No confirmations only false hopes given. I tweeted too but they don't seem to do anything about it. I just want the product i ordered or the full refund in my bank account.
