I have placed a retrun request on 23rd jan 2023 with Replacement ID:[protected] for wrong product delivery.
I ordered a pc case named – o11 dynamic mini air, colour-BLACK with order id- OD[protected]

the case is to be of black colour, perforated front panel, and comes with 3 case fans (one 120mm fan+two 140mm fans), standard ATX psu support as information provided by flipkart on product page instead what received is a different product .

The product I received is WHITE colour, Glass front panel, doesn’t support standard size psu (only support SFX/SFX-L psu) and no fans.
I informed Flipkart about the same for replacement but the request got rejected without any reason.
I would like get the product replaced at the earliest or refunded after pickup.
