Hi,
I bought an ATCO weighing scale on 31st August '15 from flipkart however they delivered some random brand (some Chinese product ). Of course I had to return and get the product I had ordered. Irony is, they replaced the wrong product with same wrong product again. Even bigger irony is, same thing is repeated 4 times over last one month.
I also spoke to its executive, who suggested the refund as they failed 4 times. My point is why customer had to go through this pain of waiting and returning for 4 times over a month? Why should I pay higher price buying now as it was on discount then?
Another irony is, Flipkart runs a paid loyalty program for which they charge Rs.500 towards annual loyalty subscription and yes, I am one of those.
I leave it on you to decide what is a just solution to the issue I have narrated.
