[Resolved]  Flipkart — wrong product delivered and mental harassment

I ordered puma carme mid idp mid ankle sneakers of rs. 1726 from the sale of flipkart on 20th september, 2017.
I got the red tape sandal (Chappal) instead of puma shoes. I immediately logged an complain on flipkart about the wrong delivery. They ensured me that i will get delivery by 27th september, 2017.
On 27th september, 2017 the wishmaster (Delivery boy) came and refuse to deliver the product and take red tape chappal back as i did not mention it on site that which product i got instead of what.
So i on the call logged an complain about the same with specific description, but then to wishmaster (Delivery boy) refuses to accept my replacement. I logged complain every other day. But they are doing the same.
They accepted their mistake but not taking action.

no efforts to contact me, as i can not see even a single mail or call.
this is completely non sense.
I updated my contact number but no sign of contact from flipkart.

Its 1 week past i complained but i haven't received any help from flipkart regarding my order.
During this week i came across same problem as before, flipkart didn't have any co-ordination over their team.
One guy say something and other says the other.
The problem with the wish-master remain the same and he suggested me to take strict action against flipkart as he understood the difficulty i was facing.
Then i asked for refund instead of replacement as it is already too late for the replacement.
The executive told me that it would take 48 hours to cancel the replacement request and initiate the refund request and i agreed to that to but again after 48 hours when i called he told me that refund has been initiated.
After hanging up the call, i waited for the message for confirmation but i didn't received it, so i called today, i.e. 12th October, 2017, and inquired about the refund, he told me that refund can't be initiated because of some technical issue.
I can't get this thing that why flipkart is always lying to me, someday they say something and the other day they say something else.
I am really frustrated calling daily to flipkart and repeat my whole story again and again.
I am really looking forward to logged an complain in consumer forum regarding mental harassment and fraud against flipkart.
If my refund will not be received within 24 hours then i will sue flipkart against the said charges in consumer forum
