[Resolved]  Flipkart — Wrong product delivered and not accepting to change/return

Hi Team, Need your help for the order I made. I was searching for a flip cover for HTC desire 601, and precisely remember that intent to order same. However I received flip cover for HTC 500, when I called customer care executive, they denied for changing or returning. It is unfortunate to hear such thing from flipkart. These issues should be surely be resolved by online portal, if these basic things are missing, I can assure you that I will never come back to your site and spread this message on all possible forums and even plan to take legal action.
