[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong product delivered and now not pickup | |||
I have order two luggage from flipkart on 27 feb. 2019 order id od[protected] both product value rs. 2456, On 4th march i have received a roti belan against of both luggage on the same day i have complaint customer care and tell the customer care executive he assure me you will resolve the issue within 72 hours, after that i have complaint regularly to till date i want to refund my money, but problem still same i have call customer care 28 time and three time pickup boy comes my place for collect product but he want luggage, how can possible to return luggage. I have received a roti belan against my 2 luggage. They are every time loadge the complaint for pickup wrong product from my place but after two day request automatically cancelled.
