[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong product delivered and pickup of the product is delayed more | |||
I have ordered an shoerack on flipkart of 14 shelves and i have delivered with a 8 shelve product. When i informed customer care they told us replace is not possible and return is the only possible solution. Flipkart executive only initiated the return request and i was told that pickup will be happened on 12/11/2018. However there is no response from anybody on 12th and when i again called the customer support they told that we will inform logistics to get it done by 13/11/2018. However today when i contacted flipkart they are saying that the issue will be sorted out by[protected] and i told them i'will be out of station and they suggested me to carry that package along with me and they can't help me any other ways. As far as i experienced the vendors attached to flipkart are not good or the process they following might be worst and i'm facing the issues with flipkart. I strongly recommend not to go with flipkart unless they change their process and quality check. Customer care is of no use just a waste of time for us to call them as because we will get only sorry response from them which won't help us in any ways. Was this information helpful? | |||
