[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong product delivered and that too only one quantity inside which was 2 quantity in invoice | |
Hello, Flipkart delivered a product (Aquire large pvc vinyl sticker's) which was worth of inr 198 on 14th dev 2017 and collected money from me. When i went home and open pack, intrestingly 1) it doesn't contains 2 items which was suppose to deliver 2) and the product in the pack is not the one which was ordered by me. When i checked the return policy the items is not in the list. Aggreed for that but the thing is i'm not retuning the product which was ordered by me. If they don't deliver the correct product without return policy what i need to do now? Since the product was of no return policy, i had submitted the return request with flipkart through customer care toll free no immediately. Initially they promised that someone from backend team will contact me within 24-48 hours, that did not happen till now despite calling and talking to 10 diff customer care executives and 2 escalation managers!! Almost everyone given false promise and were shedding crocodiles tears, but no genuine help given. God alone knows the reason!
