[Resolved] Flipkart — Wrong product delivered,refund not initiated | |||||
I have ordered lancer shoes, from flipkart. I got the product on 21/feb/2017.But the product I received was totaly different from the product which i have ordered. I requested the return for the same on 21/feb /2017. But got the message "your return request has been cancelled "on 23/feb/2017. I tried again by calling their customer support executive, but with no good response from them. Till now they have not picked up their products and indicated the refund.
