I have placed an Order for Voltas Air Cooler (Model : VOLTAS ALFA 28E WHITE COLOR) in Flipkart and have paid Rs.5, 549 via my PhonePe UPI ID.
I got the product delivered on[protected]. As per the website description, product title and images, the Air cooler must be of WHITE COLOR but I have received MAROON COLOR. I informed this issue on mail, chat, & call to Flipkart and to the Seller (Electronics Mart Limited) on the very Same day.
The seller informed that the mistake was from their end as they currently they don't have WHITE COLOR Model and is ready to process the Refund on Return. Also, I have contacted the VOLTAS Team to check the Air cooler's functionality and found it to be defective piece.
I contacted the Flipkart Customer Support via Call and, they initiated the return. But all of a sudden, I could see my return request is rejected and my Flipkart Account is Blocked for Exceeding the return requests.
(FYI - Most of the cases, the sold products are either defective, damaged or wrong ones. It is the responsibility of Flipkart to make sure the product is delivered as promised. Blocking the account for exceeding return requests has no sense. So do you want me to be silent whenever you're delivering the wrong/defective/damaged products?.)
Moving forward, As the seller is ready to provide a refund, I need Flipkart to arrange a pick up for the wrong Product and Retrieve Back my Blocked Flipkart account. Ignoring on which I will have to file a legal suit in court for delivering me wrong faulty product.
