[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong product delivery and no return process | |||
I have booked dry fruits about 3500 including almonds. All are good but 1 kg almonds was wrong product, at the time of delivery i received wrong product (Pack of 1 t shirt) in the pack of 1 kg almonds. Now it is going to be 10 days, no any return or refund policy process initiate. While i am following continuously to the flipkart agent for refund or return the item and deliver the original product. But till didn't get any response from his side. Totally illogical answered given by his customer care executive.. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 10, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved still complaint is not resolved .. why its marked as resolved .. no idea Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
