Flipkart — Wrong product received but they no change no refund

My complaint is that I had ordered my product from flipkart on 4th July but they sent my product wrong and I have repeatedly requested again and again saying that we will change, or money refund, they told me that money will be refunded by 11 july but till now i have not received any refund. I have lost a lot because of this, I want my money back, I am being given dates again and again, neither withdrawing nor giving refund
