Flipkart — Wrong Product Received

Sir/Mam i have Ordered Global Sphere Sunshine Digital Multimeter DT-9205e Digital Multimeter (Blue 2000 Counts) from Flipkart. But Unfortunately i have received wrong and used Product and i have contacted customer care several times but no one resolved my issue. And i have initiated return request from my side but Ekart Courier is refused to pick up the product and saying "we can't take any wrong or used product.You have to contact customer support for direct refund without pickup". Please help me to get out of this problem. I want to return the wrong product what i received and get back my refund

Wrong Product Details:- Excel DT-9205A(Yellow)
Product is also used it has major scratches and the connecting probe was broken and also rusted
