Flipkart — Wrong Product Return Rejected & Account Blocked

On 24th July 2022, I ordered Nothing Ear (1) Black Edition from Flipkart during the sale, and it was delivered to me on next day that is 25th July 2022. But when I was unboxed it, Boat Earbuds was in the package box with the invoice of Nothing Ear 1 . I was shocked since the one I ordered was of 5999 INR and what I received was of 2499 INR or something (after I checked on internet).
Right away I raised a replacement/ return request and it showed 72 hours for approval and I waited for the same, but it got rejected without any specific reason given on the application or email, then I again raised the request for the same. 2nd time it asked my government ID so I mailed them and uploaded them too on the app. Then again it got rejected without any reason given.
Then I contacted Flipkart support using call facility and they told me to again raise the request since it was a 'Technical Glitch" so this time I told them to raise from their end and then again it was rejected with 72 hours . So until now it got rejected 3 times and same process for 1 more times so total 4 times.
It was 1st August 2022 by this time and the last day of my 7 Day Replacement/Return Window, so I contacted them by chat and they told me that your replacement would reach you by 4th August 2022 according to that Customer Support Executive as I was unable to see the same in app, website, email or text message, that guy told me that it maybe a Technical Glitch so It would update within 24 hours. So I was like lets wait as I have waited from past 6 days and let Flipkart do the work.
But on 2nd August 2022, I went to the website on Flipkart to check if the replacement details have updated or not but, I was logged out so I tried to login but the website said that my account has been blocked and I have to contact customer care to fix this. So I contacted them on 3rd since it was evening on 2nd and they raised a complaint for the unblocking of my account with timeline of 6th august so I waited for their response on email as well as mobile number so I again contacted them on 5th August since there was no email or a SMS regarding initiation of the request of my account unblocking and the executive gave the timeline of 8th August 2022 this time. But same, no update. And then they sent am email right away after my call ended up with Flipkart Support that My Account has been blocked due to high number of return requests.
First of all, Flipkart sends me a wrong product and when I request return/ replacement they reject them all and over the top they block my account that too after my return period closes.
Secondly, Flipkart Customer Support Executive made fool out of me by giving me false hopes and timelines and cheated me.
Finally I want return of the Wrong product which is not what I ordered and paid 5999 INR for and also I want my account back along with my money 5999 INR
