[Resolved] Flipkart — Wrong product shifted

Issues with Delivery for order ID # OD[protected] COD. Hello Team, Good evening! I had ordered Sony MDR-AS200/LQE Wired headphones (Voucher ID mentioned as above) on July 25, 2015. The vendor Yesterday shipped me the Samsung Headphones ( some S- series), immediately after opening the packet, i have submitted refund claim. This unprofessional attitude and carelessness is nothing but deficiency of service on your part that makes me eligible to initiate a hard actions against you. However I decided to first intimate you of the deficiency. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the same within a reasonable time period otherwise I will be forced to take hard action against service deficiency.
