[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong product shipped | |||||
Dear team, I had ordered set of books of 2019 edition order no - od[protected] from flipkart on sep 9th. Wrong product 2017 edition (2 yrs. Old books) were delivered to me though product which i ordered from flipkart clearly talks about the latest edition 2019. Twice i had raised replacement request with flipkart customer care over the call but seller cancelled it without leeting me know the reason. Then twice i have raised refund request with flipkart customer care over the call which was also cancelled by seller. This 2 years old edition of the books is of no use of mine. I want my refund back. Pathetic experience ever with flipkart customer care agent who din't help me out to address this issue though i had called them 4 to 5 times till now. I am highly frustrated and heavily disappointed with flipkart service. Need an immediate action to process my refund of rs. 1950 without any further delay.
