Flipkart — Wrong Product was delivered to me at the time of exchange

I had received a Lenovo laptop instead of my Asus laptop at the time of exchange which was delivered on 20/12/2020 and flipkart had blocked my account. Multiple return request was raised by flipkart and it was rejected multiple times and this is the reason system have detected high return which was not my fault It was fault from flipkart . I call daily customer service and raise a complaint. Please resolve my issue. Pick up the wrong product and refund my money My registered number is [protected] and registered email ID is [protected]@gmail.com Flipkart Order ID -OD[protected] Please check and resolve the issue. As I had contacted Flipkart multiple times about the issue and I m not getting any resolution for the same. The exchange order was delivered to me on 20th December, 2020. At the same time I have contacted Flipkart about this issue. Previously when I order I got the damage product and I raised a exchange request and at the time of exchange I had received a Lenovo laptop instead of my Asus laptop.

It occurred on: 20/12/2020

I just want that flipkart should pick up the wrong product delivered to me and refund my money.
