[Resolved] Flipkart — Wrong products received

Respected Sir/ madam I have order Huggies BABY DRY TAPE DIAPERS, SIZE LARGE-L (52 pieces) from Flipkart with order ID- OD[protected] but unexpectedly i received MamyPoko pants-XL 2 pants today i.e 10th August 2022 which is not expected from Flipkart. I have raised an issue with flipkart but they said these items has no return policy, so i am helpless now and in need of your help so that i will received the exact product i ordered and I would like to request to take action against Flipkart and the seller company so that common people like me will not suffer in future. I have attached the photos of the product that i ordered and the one which i received. Aug 10, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved No steps has been taken they simply said the product has no return policy, flipkart is fake/fraud they are taking others money by advertising good product with high price and giving worst and cheapest products kindly take action against flipkart Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
