[Resolved] Flipkart — Wrong Promise made | |||||
I have ordered the mogo g5 plus phone on 16th March, 17 and selected the 2 days delivery service and paid delivery charge for the same. On 18th March I got the message that My product will be delivered till 9 PM. and I also contacted to the field person he told me the he is on the way and he will reach me with one hour. But on 10 PM I tried to call that person many times and he didn't pickup my phone. After that I contacted to the customer support. and there are very funny and frustrating reply form them that my product will be delivered within next 2 working days, very funny. I select the 2 days delivery service just because of I would be go out of station but due to flipkart I waste my time and money. I compaint to flipkart but I never got any response from them.
