It's been more than 2 weeks now since I have raised a complaint for the issue I'm facing. I'm pretty sure now that there is something wrong with the product that they have sent me, either it's refurbished or resealed. Because they are taking too much time to resolve a trivial issue. The serial number of my Apple Pencil 2nd generation doesn't match what has been printed on the invoice. I have sent the photographs of the box which has the serial number. I'm tired of these "we apologise, " "shama chahte hain". Just do the the work and you won't have to apologise. I even requested call backs from their back end teams. Still haven't received that. Sep 16, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Basically they replaced the product and told me that when you recieve the new product it will have the right serial number. But the replacement had the same error. The seller is using the Universal product code and not the serial number. The problem has not been resolved :) Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
