[Resolved] Flipkart — Wrong shipment, delay in exchange (Purpose to order was ruined) , unclear on returning money. | |||
1st the shipment was delivered wrong. I had ordered a blue colour and flipkart delivered me a black. Later when i asked for a replacement flip kart is not bale to deliver me on the given time and just says "apologies". Even when i was ready to accept the delayed shipment but in a different address (In the same city) , flipkart says they cant do it I ordered it for a purpose to attend a wedding, now i because of all problems a - z done only by flipkart i didnt recieved my product. They are not even clear on returning my money Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 21, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer stated the replacement should is not delivered to him and need on priority. Mail sent to concerned team to deliver the shipment.
