Flipkart — wrong tv send by flipkart and taking long time to escalate issue

We had order vu uhd55inch tv and we receive a 55inch hdr for that we complaint before they send executive for uninstallation and after that message cums within 10 days but no result and again i complaint they say 9 they will finally escalate but again on 9 they gave date 12 now.
