[Resolved] Flipkart — wrong way of refund | |||||
I ordered curtains from flipkart order i'd is od[protected] Payment was done by debit card I never received curtains... What i received is a poor quality jacket I tried to file a refund request but it could not be completed then i took help of flipkart cc He filled a return request on my behalf And he filed refund mode via gift card without asking me... When i called cc again regarding that then they said now it can't be undone... You will have to use gift card only I mean seriously I don't want to use gift card 😐 Is this what is customer care is for? All the mistake is of seller and cc representatives but at the end the one who suffer without any mistake is pity consumer Was this information helpful? | |||||
